We are looking for .NET C# developer on part-time basis to work on our Windows Forms, WPF and Silverlight components. You must be able to work without constant supervision, have attention to detail, focus on getting things done and have desire and pride to create quality products in timely manner.

While technical skills are critical for us, we are looking for developers who are incredibly professional, disciplined, focused, and leave their egos at the door. Attitude comes first. Everything else can be learned. The best developers we worked with were not the technical rock stars but their attitude and attention to detail more than compensates for that and its much more important to us.

You would work on improving our existing components, creating completely new ones from scratch, writing unit tests, blog, support developers using your code and more. We are constantly working on something new and interesting.

You can be located anywhere in the world as long as you have internet connection. You can work any hours you want as long as work gets done. You have freedom and control over your working hours. All we ask for is that things get done. You will also get responsibility of supporting whatever you develop since we believe that is the best way to understand what our customers need.

We are actually looking for full-time long term developer but we first want to make sure that you will fit and like working for us thus we always start with the part-time limited time-frame engagement to find perfect candidate. Eventually this position has potential to develop into the full-time position.
