We just released new beta build of the Wpf-Ribbon. You can get it by registering for Beta forums at:

This is fairly complete and stable build that has lot of issues fixed and all required portions of Office 2007 UI Guidelines implemented along with lot of optional features as well. There are couple of minor items to implement before final release, so stay tuned 🙂
