Here is video of new control we are preparing for next release of DotNetBar for WinForms. It is touch enabled Metro styled Page Slider control running on Windows 7:
Notice nice smooth touch animation including inertia. This is running on fairly low spec machine, Dell Duo netbook with Intel Atom processor.

Looking good, though the scroll bar doesn’t smoothly animate like it does in the Windows 8 preview videos. It jumps once the sliding animation has finished. That’s something you should fix.
Adrian, thanks for feedback. That is actually not scroll-bar, it would be in wrong position don’t you think? It is current page indicator which will not scroll smoothly. You can choose to hide or show it, but scroll-bar in that video is completely hidden.
When will be released the next version of DotNetBar? I can’t wait 🙁
