You can download it here. I installed it and install was slow but without errors. Everything seems to be running well.

If you are running Windows Vista you will need to install the Windows Vista Update for VS.NET 2005  SP1 which is still in beta. Download is supposed to be available but is not active at the time of this writing. Here is the page with all links:
